This Downtown Business Forum, presented by the City of Orlando Downtown Development Board & Community Redevelopment Agency's Executive Director, David Barilla, will focus exclusively on the DTO Action Plan. This plan is an evolved version of Project DTO 2.0, which aims to make downtown Orlando an even more vibrant, welcoming place for everyone.
