We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our client's team on a direct hire basis in Winter Park, FL. This role ensures compliance with processing payroll, wage laws, and maintains accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll reports and ensure compliance on a weekly/biweekly basis 
• Review timesheets, verify job classifications, and handle payroll discrepancies
• Maintain accurate payroll records and collaborate with the department manager as needed 

Requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience 
• Experience with a variety of software, including ADP, Paycor, Paycom, Excel, Workday etc.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
